JOB PURPOSE

Over all responsibility of Metallurgy lab dedicated for Both function Auto and bearing segment .

Handling Metallurgical lab (Central as well as Gasfired and Unit1) And Induction Hardening

ROLE OF DEPARTMENT

Evaluate and Monitoring Raw material Quality

Maintaing Metallurgy Documents, test cerificates,Forging Grain Flow inspection ,Grinding Burn Injury inspection.

Follow inspection and instrument Calibration Plan,third party Inspection

Handling and making corresspondance with steel mill regarding Quality issues of Steel from All sources

Handling overall Induction Hardening ,monitor Production as plan ,Solving Macine Breakdown Issue ,Coil development.

Handling Customer complaints,Visits etc..

Handling New product development Activity.

Quality Clearance through SAP

Maintain Lab floor 5s.

Team Building amongs Department manpower .
