Requirement details	Experience in leading a software team of embedded /firmware development
	Knowledge of Estimation Techniques
	Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
	Technically and disciplinary leadership of a software development team
	Knowledge in C and/or C++ and embedded
	Strong understanding of software development processes and
	methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
	PMP/Scrum Master Certification and proven competence in using it
	Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced
	environment.
	Being the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing
	regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
	Microsoft Project
	Knowledge in UML
